Ok what I always noticed with reddit is "the echo chamber" you go to MOST ANY subreddit and make a post related to the topic and you're going to find an echo chamber of comments. Make a comment about the show "Black Mirror" on that sub and people are going to agree (for the most part you still have some dicks). But that's all they want reddit to be is an echochamber. They don't want any original ideas anywhere. It's all propoganda. I wouldn't be surprised if they've been using the algorithm since day 1 on reddit to silence people as quietly as they can.
The whole site manipulates votes and sometimes the stuff on /r/all seems like it's just one big advertisement.
I think the whole time they've pushed propaganda in your face and you didn't even know it. Ever come across a post on a subreddit and it doesn't fit with the sub? Only to see another version of that post (meme) on another sub, that actually makes sense. What if it's all propaganda and reddit making bets on their mods, watching their inboxes and then pulling the plug in the last second... They like anytime they can get someone to work for free.
its designed like that because if you get downvoted too much you have a stupid 10 minute delay between posts.Reddit encourages you to follow the opinion of the sub or you can't really have a discussion in that sub.

Sorry for the rant.
