I was thinking about this too, we either need sympathetic doctors or people specializing in creating forged vaccine certificates. I downloaded a bunch of the vaccine certificate templates off 4chan a while back just in case. They want you to have something on your mobile phone, and the paper cards are the backups, but you could always just claim you don't have a smartphone and then produce the fake certificate.
