The people around him (other then Steve Bannon) told him that everyone would accuse him of being a dictator if he was heavy handed in any way. I mean they accused him of being a dictator anyway, so it didn't really matter, but it would have legitimized the claims.

The game was always rigged. Trump was prevented from doing anything substantial. Hillary and Obama should have been in jail a hundred times over but now they are back in the white house through pedo Joe.
