Someone needs to obtain a sample test swab in its original fluid filled container, and then examine it and the fluid under both a standard microscope and an electron microscope. I am aware of microdevice technology that is somewhat ahead of what the public has been told about, so this is not an impossible speculation. It is quite possible the elite have some science and technology they have kept to themselves. In fact, it is known. Where we have captured alien technology, be sure that the highest levels know of it and take it into account in their plans.
