Well having a conversation about things is pretty common in a place from where I come from but okay, you can follow your own rules of trusting everything what's posted on conspiracy forum and not discussing things.
The other possibility is Dementia Joe can't leave his daycare center house so they have to build a set around him, and his handlers are sloppy.
I'm open to the different ideas, but lean to the dementia Joe idea personally.
