The Conspiracies community is obviously the most politically diverse one, both on Reddit and on Win.
/r/conspiracy and c/conspiracies are the two last places in the world where rightists and leftists have civilized discussions and learn from eachother. I am a traditionalist Conservative who scores right-wing both on the social and the economical axis. I'm religious, a great fan of Donald Trump and genuinely believe that there is a secret plan (Q) to save America and the whole world. Therefore, I spend most of my time on Patriots and Great Awakening. I realized that Trump is the good one in 2016, when I began noticing how biased the MSM was and what unfair advantage Hillary had.
Knowing that filter bubbles are dangerous no matter where you stand politically, I frequently come to Conspiracy communities to have my worldview challenged and learn from those with different opinions.
The great thing about this forum is that while you might find your view of Donald Trump or your economical theory challenged by a leftie, we all agree on fundamental things like the existence of suppressed technologies or secret societies. I think that this open-mindedness and refusal to blindly believe official narratives unites us, at the same time filtering those out who fail to consider opposing opinions.
What's your ideology and why? Apart from c/Conspiracies, are you active on other Win forums? How did you arrive where you are now, did you change your political views? If yes, how did it happen? Did a key event make you realize that what you used to believe in is wrong?
Used to be a lib, now refuse to align myself with any group, and will challenge whatever you say
Do you think a "Weekly Political Debate Night" for the .win community, perhaps on Discord, would be a good idea to pitch people with different ideologies, or people who refuse conventional politics like you, against eachother and encourage exchange between different groups?
