I think you overestimate the power of the president, who's power, ultimately, is persuasion, moreover, you neglect how he was running up hill against the wind. Both parties and his own VP actively worked against him. A mere 8 days into his presidency, courts started national inductions against his EOs
What I mean, is that Trump signed a bunch of EO as well, but within 8 days people ran to the courts and got the court to issue an injunction to prevent them from going into effect. This happened so much we made a joke of it on Law and Society message boards called "Trump Law". This happens, of course, to all presidents, but especially to Trump.
The "4 year long Globalist temper tantrum" was all a show and you ate it up. The purpose was to demoralize.
Let's review:
Trump said he would drain the swamp. Didn't happen.
Trump said he would lock her up. Didn't happen.
Trump said it wasn't just another 4-year election. Turns out it was.
Trump could have exposed the Covid hoax. He didn't.
Trump could have stopped the vaccine. He didn't.
Trump claimed to be a patriot but he allowed the election to be stolen.
I could go on, but what does this have to do with 4 chan again?

Why is biden able to sign all these executive orders immediately going into effect then? I don't know much about the process, genuinely curious.
