Why would you zoom out when there's actually something happening? That structure is still in place and has people wandering around at the top. Is that for press or security?

Yup, it's fucking infuriating. Why the fuck would you zoom out at this particular moment? My answer is, I think the camera-cunt was protecting Creepy Biden.
