Watched the ISS live stream a few days ago when they were making “repairs”. Most of the astronauts movements seemed robotic and mechanical. Any theories?

CGI is not advanced enough to produce something so detailed nor so strikingly realistic. Would also take too long too render.
Nor can this logically be under water... the buoyancy of water would have a definite impact, along with gravity.
There is zero buoyancy or gravity in the tour videos ~ there are no wires or anything that indicates a stage of any kind.
You really have to reach something fierce to ignore reality ~ the reality that the simplest explanation is that the ISS is real.
The ISS being real explains every far better than any of your "explanations".
