Washington DC is now spoiled goods, fenced off and in quarantine.

What's the thinking about the most appropriate city to be it's new Capital ?

St Louis - already has a lot of federal buildings. Is as far north as you can sail on the Mississippi with Navy class ships. Centrally located.
