And here's me yapping about why Biden being the quintessential sock puppet doesn't surprise me a bit:

Around 2016, it's (already) rumoured that he would be completely retired from the DC scene because of deterioration in health + not so squeaky family matters. (Obama is rumoured to hate risky characters & loose ends. ?? At that time "not so squeaky family matters" were said to be the reason why Obama hated Biden and Hillary. -- And Hillary called Berry a Chicken Licken for that.)

And when Biden showed up as a candidate + started to gain traction in votes around Mar. 2020, I was wondering why DNC was allowing it happen.

Then, I heard from several accounts that Wall Street & Big Pharma originally chose Kamala but she just couldn't get the votes, so that's why they brought up Biden to the mound.
