Of course, one could say that he "just misspoke", but dang. That is an EXTREMELY telling moment that reveals what's really going on in the U.S.
Clearly misspoke.. But if that were the case.. Who would control this military power? Xiden..Drumpf.. Cumala Guzler Harris?
I wouldn't say "clearly" misspoke, but it does seem that he did all the same.
Quite possibly the same figure who controls the military in other military dictatorships like this one here in the U.S. very well might be: Some higher up military general or something.
