Need the troops so they can arrest all of the senators and congress and all of the deep state while having enough troops on the backline to stop any rioting. Wont be surprised if they arrest them way before the swearing in so the military takes control of the Government. Sooner they take control the sooner they can start the tribunals to bring out all of the fraud and corruption.
