Please help me find! Just after the election, someone posted (Reddit? Twitter?) some source code that would crawl the USA Today election data. bottom line: national vote totals BY CITY != national vote totals BY COUNTY! The county votes were manipulated. City totals were not.

Help me find! Just after the election, someone posted some source code that would crawl the USA Today election data, and posted it on Reddit? Twitter? bottom line: national vote totals BY CITY != national vote totals BY COUNTY! The county votes were manipulated. City totals were note.
