What the current US administration has been doing is
putting efforts to cut off the flow line of tech and funds (from the US) to China's enterprises (like Huawei and ByteDance) & projects (like BRI) that are owned by the globalists behind the CCP.
This in turn has put restraints on the black funds flow back to globalist actors within the US.
I'm sure you guys already saw this picture. The tech companies run by some of the participants in that picture cannot even operate in China. Ask yourself what's the real reason why they were eager to be there? Do you think they're foolish enough to believe that if they smiled furiously and treated the Lord Xi like a king at the event, Xi might have been going to allow their companies to operate in China?

2015 was a very interesting year: With the blessing of the US administration at that time, the CCP started to actualize ① Chinese Dream (中国梦), ② Made in China 2025 (MIC2025), ③ Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and ④ dismantling the US dollar's global supremacy.
The MIT president, Rafael Reif is undoubtedly bought and paid for by China. He also started in 2012 (when Chen was alleged to have started working with China). I remember reading Reif's press release basically stating that China doesn't steal anything and people are just being discriminatory by abiding by US export law (e.g. let China steal everything). The guy might as well be a spokesperson for the CCP.
MIT has been heavily pivoting and selling out to China these last eight years. I'm sure Chen isn't the only one.
