video does say the usda was lying about the numbers, just like all the other shit people in power lied about , like when the military leader lied about the number of troops in syria to make trump look bad. could just be the big picture game of all our departments and politicians, etc trying to make trump look bad. and trump, seeing false numbers maybe thought it ok to sell of "excess product"
