Supposedly almost happened back in 2013. Can anyone hook me up with some links?

George Webb was involved in exposing that event that was not initially deemed a false flag. He did several YouTube videos on it. Have not followed him for awhile to see if he migrated his video content; everything out on YT now seems to be one offs.
