The DNS server is what converts the name of a website into an IP address, which is required to make a successful internet connection. If you use Firefox and want to switch DNS servers, go to Tools->Options->General. Choose the "Settings" button at the bottom of the page and scroll down to the bottom of the "Connection Settings" page that pops up. Choose "Custom" and put one of the 2 DNS server IP addresses (208.67.222.222 or 208.67.220.220) in the box. It's a lot of steps, but not hard to do.

Sorry, but this has nothing to do with the issue and Cloudflare is not a DNS server you put in a browser, it's a cloud based web defense Service.
