Trump cannot click the big red button unless when the whole congress and senate agrees with it. Also it won't be him clicking himself, and I doubt the operators will even listen to him right now.

Nope. Trump can launch 800 nuclear missiles in the next 15 minutes with literally no one's approval. The only thing that could stop him is some saner head in the chain of command refusing to follow orders and risking court-martial.
