First, Biden's victory being 'certified' doesn't mean anything. Biden was never meant to take office. It was clear to everyone that the objective has always been to put Kamala there. The Freudian slip with Siri and Google Assistant answering Kamala as president after November 4th was the confirmation everyone needed. This kind of thing are always attributed to "algorithm errors" but algorithms don't grow in trees or come from another dimension. An human wrote it, one that wanted it to reach such result. It was a Freudian slip. If come 20th Trump is not sworn President, soon after Biden will suffer "an accident" and Kamala will take over. We already saw it happen, on November 30th, that is, already after the election, when he "broke his ankle". I don't think TPTB expected Trump to put up such a fight so Biden "survived" this accident, and they keep postponing their plans. Still, here and there some scheduled events on their plans still take place likely due to human incompetence, and the media struggles to explain them away.
Second, Trump never conceded. He only stated that there would be a smooth transition to the next administration. That does not sound like a man that has conceded but rather as a man that is sure that his plans will come to fruition and a civil war won't be necessary.
