I think they will dump a bunch of stimulus first... But yes. We are out in by March. Hope it isn't hell trying to find a job then. I'm locked where I'm at at. Furloughs but I'm senior enough no layoff... It's a tough call. Definitely want to sell home though.

Home value as income = you'll rent everything and you'll be happy.
