"Smooth Orderly and Seamless" (SOS) Transition?

In Trump's concession video he states "Smooth Orderly and Seamless" Transition of Power which has abbreviation "SOS". Is it accidental/coincidence? Or intentional?

Also, apparently his latest tweet includes the phrase "GIANT VOICE" in all caps emphasis. Giant Voice is apparently a US military emergency system. http://www.frontlinewarningsystems.com/pages/military-giant-voice-systems
