There are two main conspiracies in Russia about Putin:

1. There are currently no Putin at all. There are few different actors playing him at public. You really will not find any government paper with his signature on official sites. Actors don't want (or not allowed) to commit a serious state crime posing themselves as a real president.

Literally in few hours after accident Putin had a personal meeting with Henry Kissinger, who flew to Russia nearly immidiately after accident. Since than, all thing was completely buried with dumb explanations by government. Up to the fact that submarine rostrum where was all proofs of accident was saw off underwater (!) and abondoned on the bottom. Most people think that it was a collision with US submarine. Some think that it was underwarer UFO known to US. Nearly everybody should remember that ugly interview with Putin about Kursk - "What happened with Kusrk submarine?" - "It drowned.", Said Putin with completely inappropriate smile. You can easily find that on youtube.

Apart from all above, there are numerous proof that russian government follow common agenda nearly in anything, from apartment houses explosions to implement surveillance (just like 9/11) to latest internet consoring efforts. There are very few exceptions, and only about some unimportant or non-applicable for Russia things like "blacks minority" for example.
