I belive in singularity as well. But some perceptions... as in 3D, are best defined by duality.
I agree that nothing can be destroyed and in essence, it is all one.
But perception is everything and laws of the universe "as we know it, as we can perceive it" flow by time and space. By polarity. (Past present etc.)
Perhaps not to a 4th demetional being that looks like I took a dose of acid and peaked into a kaleidoscope. Lol (idk how much you belive the spiritual side of things.)
But, for the here and now, duality defines humanity. Wich is why I belive it is so divided.
(I'd consider animals more 2D mindset wich is more singular)
Have you ever read the law of one? Idk how into metaphysics you are but it's a good read if your a monist.

I have a good friend who studies Mahayana Buddhism and hes pretty stubborn on his beliefs as well haha.
I vibe alot with the law of one (to clarify, not crowley's book, the Ra book)
Even tho the circumstance is a bit weird, the overall message I resonate with.
To each their own!
