It says right on the login screen-

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

They're outsourcing their comments to Google (probably for additional Ad Sense revenue).

It's Google that's banning you most likely, or it's possible you're running a browser with a bunch of privacy extensions and one or a combination of those extensions is causing the glitches.

Have you tried creating a virtual machine or signing in from a browser with default settings?
