The only difference between 'propaganda' and 'education,' really, is in the point of view. The advocacy of what we believe in is education. The advocacy of what we don't believe in is propaganda.

I'd argue that you can educate people to be free thinking and critical thinking. That is absolutly not propaganda.
We use to do this but we stopped. Read a school or college book from 1960s 1970s. I have several. Pretty mind blowing tbh.
I have an old at home medical encyclopedia. The first statement is, "Let us teach you how to diagnose and treat yourself."
Today its "Dont you dare self diagnose your too stupid to comprehend any of this. Go to a doctor immediately for even minor wounds."
