This is important because it shows the source of the bias, just like if you read a statement about how "sex was evil" you could probably trace it to a Christian thinker.

I'd argue that you can educate people to be free thinking and critical thinking. That is absolutly not propaganda.
We use to do this but we stopped. Read a school or college book from 1960s 1970s. I have several. Pretty mind blowing tbh.
I have an old at home medical encyclopedia. The first statement is, "Let us teach you how to diagnose and treat yourself."
Today its "Dont you dare self diagnose your too stupid to comprehend any of this. Go to a doctor immediately for even minor wounds."
