Either:

1.) The vaccine is exactly what Trump says it is, a real, preventative measure to combat Covid.

2.) Trump is complicit.

3.) Trump is ignorant.

there is more than vaccine and some are only as bad as a regular vaccine is, some are even a bit better and safe, and some are far worse...

Realistically this is the answer and outside of that, see my other comment...
