Found a massive slab of concrete which reads;

AREA 51 West Prop. Of U.S Gov UTC:(hidden) LAT:(hidden) LONG:(hidden because its my exact coord)

I'm a few good miles from China Lake

Will post pics if it's interesting enough for you all.

Anyone know if its a joke?

Nevada I assume? You can find some of these even in utah(where I live). I have been told they had some use for aerial surveillance but I cant remember how or why.
