Do you have any stats that prove it has worked? If so then great. But without proof then it's just bullshit theories on paper by intellectuals with no real world experience.
Hello sir, I have not followed up on it, but in theory of seemed an ok ideas on the paper.
I was just informing people of the concept behind it, and what do you know, downvoted to oblivion. I never even said I believed it was a good decision just the mentality, but alas, the froggies here don't want to know the truth.
