That's a mobile shredding truck. Will even do hard drives. Not sure why a permanent road work sign is needed. That's only necessary if its more then a day...
Look at it on Gulag maps before they remove it 420 S Grand Ave LA CA. That mural is creepy AF. Are those the NSA facilities around the world & is that man attached? Why is this chit always in PLAIN VIEW but we never see it? I've walked by this bldg a thousand times & just thought it was some ugly ass Brutalist Architecture from the 60/70s.
Footage is usually a term for live video. In the first post & in the YT description I suggest inputting the address into Google maps so you can see all this for yourself. I found it very creepy & hilarious that the day the Google car drives by there's a shredder truck. I also think the permanent "Road Work Ahead" is interesting. I created a video (today) from screenshots so that I could share the images (today). You would need to contact Google for the exact date this was taken.
The Report from Iron Mountain is a book published in 1967 (during the Johnson Administration) by Dial Press which puts itself forth as the report of a government panel. The book includes the claim it was authored by a Special Study Group of fifteen men whose identities were to remain secret and that it was not intended to be made public. It details the analyses of a government panel which concludes that war, or a credible substitute for war, is necessary if governments are to maintain power. The book was a New York Times bestseller and has been translated into fifteen languages. Controversy still swirls over whether the book was a satiric hoax about think-tank logic and writing style or the product of a secret government panel. The document is a favorite among conspiracy theorists, who reject the statement made in 1972 by satirist Leonard Lewin that the book was a spoof and that he was its author.

How can we verify the footage is recent? I saw the upload date but Paranoia keeps asking me
