The video is very interesting, but more so for Ukrainians. Andrii Derkach wants his 13 billions back which were stolen from the Ukrainian people. US secretary of treasury Munchkin told him to go fuck himself and told him to stop investigations of and publications on corruption (verbatim quote towards end of video). There is not much Biden in that new video, at least not explicitly, except a phone conversation in which Poroshenko and Biden pat each others shoulder for being good statesmen who will be remembered as heros and pillars of society. Is this how corrupt statesmen tell each other what bad boys they are?

What is most interesting is that the Ukrainian government spent a lot of money on fighting corruption, which mainly went to corrupt companies. What is especially strange is the case of Psymetrics, which did "aptitude testing" on Ukrainian state prosecutors. The founders are businessmen whose dayjob is managing the sale of bananas from tents. The psychologists they hired were first-term students and the effect of the testing was that state prosecutors were fired and replaced with "people" with more "aptitude" for "prosecution".

People with a knack and/or an education in finance might appreciate the details on how the money from Zlotkovich and for the Bidens was laundered. There are annotated clips with an interview with a whistleblower spilling the beans, but it is hard to follow.

And I guess the new stimulus bill must be understood in the light of all this. The stimulus bill is jampacked with foreign aid for things like gender-studies in Afghanistan -- the money is most likely bribes for international corruption.

I don't know what to say. I'd like to make jokes but it is really hard to make the 21st century more ridiculous.
