Hi guys, the mainstream will have you believe that the only treatment for ADHD is medication, primarily stimulants.
While I agree they are affective, they come at a price, literally and figuratively.
Besides meditation and exercise, which definitely help, have others been able to treat their ADHD with non-conventional methods? Can anyone suggest books to read on the topic?
I don't think they're is if your ADHD is server as mine is. Medication works magic, and works right away, like a light switch
