Hi guys, the mainstream will have you believe that the only treatment for ADHD is medication, primarily stimulants.
While I agree they are affective, they come at a price, literally and figuratively.
Besides meditation and exercise, which definitely help, have others been able to treat their ADHD with non-conventional methods? Can anyone suggest books to read on the topic?
Love love love my LDN. There’s a private Facebook group (I know), where over 30K people talk about their experiences with it. A very safe drug, great for infections, autoimmune, depression, and ptsd.
