Hi guys, the mainstream will have you believe that the only treatment for ADHD is medication, primarily stimulants.
While I agree they are affective, they come at a price, literally and figuratively.
Besides meditation and exercise, which definitely help, have others been able to treat their ADHD with non-conventional methods? Can anyone suggest books to read on the topic?
I'm generally congested so this could make sense.
What's your theory behind it? Calmer breathing = calmer mind?

A book I just read discussed the topic.
Awesome. Will check it out, thanks.
