This kid is unpleasant. But just to say, there are multiple editions of this sculpture and some are held in public art museums/galleries. Anyone who likes it though is definitely a certifiable creep.
It's exactly similar to a victim of Jeffery Dahmer , who was decapitated and posed like this. But the artist, I think I read somewhere, has either denied that this was the inspiration and said it was something else was; or they've never been explicitly asked about it, and have said something else was the inspiration, like a legend or fable of some kind. I can't quite remember the exact details. It is definitely the Dahmer victim though.
This is their best-known work, but let's not go overboard here. Does anybody know if the arched man is a traditional archetype or something? Cohencidence? Me no art, don't know crap. Do know artist phenotype, though, because met on some faggy afterparty in 2004 or so. No want! Left early!
