His voice is horrible, stressful. Is that a fucking robot talking? Take a breath, learn to pause.

That said — if you want to learn how to leave your body and have these experiences do the following:

listen to Solfeggio frequencies
meditate a lot
experience severe trauma (I don’t recommend this one)

There are definitely other dimensions, multidimensional spirit beings, and some sort of fuckery going on.
