The last attempt was veto'ed and contained SOPA style language introducing felony crimes for streaming content. So, what did Trump and congress pass and what have we lost?

"An Act to establish a new congressional budget process; to establish Committees on the Budget in each House; to establish a Congressional Budget Office; to establish a procedure providing congressional control over the impoundment of funds by the executive branch; and for other purposes."
I'm very concerned about this President's attack on section 230 and the fact that Congress stuffed SOPA style language into the last bill making it a felony to stream copywritten material (as well as other stuff that may impact social media and the internet). We need to protect alt-tech, and if either of these things are touched, it will stifle what free speech we have on alt tech as well as discourage innovation to prevent censorship.
The part about Section 230 is a little iffy, here's my explanation why.
