For the people stuck in California, this is the future. What will California be like once all the small businesses fail? The state's politicians are mostly either corrupt or feeble minded. In some cases both. And the laws they pass get worse and worse. It almost seems like they are choosing to destroy the state. If i were crazy, I'd maybe say deliberately so that China can buy it up.
