I think you greatly underestimate how large those craters are, it's a nice crisp moon photo but it doesn't come anywhere near the detail required to clearly show a human-scale object.
As others have pointed out to no avail, there are limitations of the laws of physics when it comes to the size lenses that would be required to do what you're suggesting.
