The vasovagal syncope reason is full bs. It’s super rare, I have it and was told I would grow out of it. Never did. This is NOT what it looks like to pass out from vasovagal syncope. You don’t stand there talking for a while, holding your head in pain before falling down and then shift into a seizure.
I’ve passed out in public twice. While standing waiting for a slow teller out in line when I was ill. I came to and they always had me sitting in a chair. Similar to orthostatic hypotension. When my syncope acted up I had to literally physically stretch they called it “Stretch syncope” it pinches the under developed vasovagal nerve and it doesn’t react in time and you pass out. The body shakes and slowly collapses while trying to grab onto stabilizers.
