Just your favorites, not your whole stack. Here are mine:
Aniracetam
Pramiracetam
Oxiracetam
Semax 1%
Bulbine natalensis (root/tuber extract)
I've taken some other nootropic peptides over the years, but I won't mention them because I don't want to give potentially bad advice- as there are some hypothetical long-term use issues that could arise. Not saying they have shown up, just saying that potential issues have been theorized.
Oh, and file this under misc., but for what it's worth- I also wear various synthetic male pheromones depending on the setting. Their effect on human social behavior is quantifiable.
I guess the "conspiracy" here is that big pharma doesn't want you to self-improve...
A combination CoQ10 and PQQ for heart and brain health with a cognitive and energy boost. The basics like B, C, D, fish/krill oil, a good multivitamin and probiotic. Enzymes for an upset stomach. Oregano oil for microbial imbalance. Iodine for energy and general feelings of well-being.
With a low carb, high protein diet.
Sounds like a winning combination right there. As for Iodine, I noticed after supplementing with it a while back that my energy levels improved. Seaweed/Kelp is a pretty good food source for it, IIRC.
Most people in most countries are iodine deficient, and it is an essential mineral. Really fucks up the endocrine system if one is lacking it. Kelp is great, but I take massive doses of iodine. lol
This stuff is friggin' amazing: Ubiquinol+BioPQQ
Super Concentrated Beet Extract Essence VasoBeet. With the potential that beetroot can bring you, Vasobeet is destined to be the new must have addition to your supplement routine for anyone looking to support their athletic performance.
Survival Shield X-3. Survival Shield X-3 will help boost your health by supporting your thyroid and supporting a healthy metabolism.
Ultimate Fish Oil. A powerful formula blend that contains ultra-pure Antarctic krill oil, high quality wild-caught unmodified salmon oil and more incredible, natural ingredients to help support your mind and body.
I've had good experiences with both fish and krill oil. Also, I believe there is some evidence that it "blunts" the ability of adrenaline to affect the brain while under stress.
Colloidal Silver and no, it will not turn you blue — but Big Pharma sure wants you to think it will.
P.S.
Multiple Sclerosis is Lyme disease, Bartonella, and a ton of other tick-borne infections eating away at your nerves and brain. Neurologists don’t make money if you’re healthy....
“Fibromyalgia” and “chronic fatigue” are bullshit catch-all diagnoses to get you out of the doctors office as fast as possible because your doctor is lazy. Find a functional medicine dr. and take charge of your health.
I've done a fair amount of research on colloidal silver, I take it regularly as well.
Just to clarify, you can turn blue. But, only if you take a brand where the product is that yellow orange color. Also it only happens if you take that kind for around 30 to 40 years with a high concentration regimen like a full 16oz or more everyday. So even a moderate amount of that version won't actually turn you blue, especially if you use it as a periodical medicine rather than a regular supplement.
If you take the kind that looks like regular water you will be completely fine regardless of the amount you consume.
Also, I swear by the stuff, it might as well be a miracle cure. The only things I take are C.S. and vitamin D.
I have been thinking of starting Shilajit also, so if anyone has opinions on that, I'd LOVE to read them.
Second this, I'm very ADD and it seems to help me focus.
What you're already using is a good combination...Turmeric especially has a lot of health benefits. I'd say definitely stick with it. As for Cognitive Improvement/Augmentation, you can experiment with different "racetams" until you find what works for you. Aniracetam and Oxiracetam are my two favorites. Aniracetam is fat soluble, so you'll want to take it with some fatty/oiley food to better absorb it, whereas Oxi is water soluble so it doesn't matter. When you take racetam-family drugs, it's good to supplement with choline or eat a diet high in choline (eggs, meat, etc.)
All the top shelf tree mushrooms. They are gifts from our eternal tree brethren.
I love mushrooms, too. I've taken Reishi off and on, it's an excellent supplement with a lot of overall benefits to your health. Also Cordyceps (Aloha Medicinals grows/sells the only "true" strain, IIRC) which gives me a huge burst of energy and helps with my asthma.
Creatine, for weight lifting
I'll have to look into these and give em a try....especially #1. Thanks for the info.
What do you mean about the apple cider vinegar?
Do you drink it?
Olive Leaf Extract
Do you even lift bro?
I wish. I've got severe asthma and a fucked up spine (from a car crash a few years ago) which really limits me. I try to stay as active as I can though- and definitely respect those who are able to lift and keep their bodies in peak condition.
