Look up this Dutch politician Jesse Klaver. I'm still like half convinced he's also a son of Castro. His mom did work for UNESCO and she visited Cuba in the right timeframe. Especially in older pics there is a likeness. Klaver also likes to pose as an Obamaclone so that would also fit in nicely.
