Maybe he’s hiding from deep state and they have to use green screens to not let the enemy know his location since they know where presidents usually hideout. He could be in some underground bunker or another country close to US.
Everybody has doubles.. I think we only see the real President on special occasions. When the man says "You may not see me for a while" and then makes appearances a few days later... It kinda stands out in my mind, that 45 only comes out when it is 100% safe, because I am certain the world elites would stop at nothing to create harm.
