I would assume the oldest religion is atheism. My guess is prior to having religion (which is a manmade creation - not to mean it's not accurate or true) people had no religion of any kind. Just hunger that would be satisfied by eating and thirst that was quenched with water.
Why would it matter what the world's oldest religion is? I would assume the oldest religion is riddled with issues that were improved upon by subsequent religions. Kind of like the world's oldest 'fire starter' (stones and rocks) is no comparison to my bic lighter.
