It seems to me that if you have even a shred of a sceptical mind you would think the whole covid pandemic is an absolute scam. It makes not sense to destroy the world over such a tame virus. And so when I browse r/conspiracy it makes me realize how truly compromised that website is. It’s supposed to be the most sceptical sub reddit yet acts like the rest of reddit.
What is the consensus here? So far it seems people generally think it’s bullshit, with a healthy bit of more moderate opinions mixed in
It is very plausible to slice DNA of the coronavirus to make a new strain of coronavirus, and release it to the public. It's not even difficult. What we do not know is whether it was actually very deadly. It wasn't. All the people who died were old, very old people like 80-90 year olds in nursing home. They would die of any kind of infectious desease in the nursing home building. People's fear only soley comes from the media information. Without the media information, we don't even notice any difference from people dying from flu. There are a lot of people including young die of flu every year.
