Brazilian here.. Agreed. He has good intentions.. but he's not so prepared at all.. Our court decided vaccine are mandatory (but not forced) and we will have some restrictions if not taken.. They are deciding which restrictions will be. Bolsonaro is against vaccination but he had not power to change court decision.

He has every power in the law to change the decision. He won't use it.

It's quite the opposite. The court does not have the power to do it. The Supreme Court job is to explain the application of law when it is unclear. To pacify topics. They do not have the power to decide or order anyone to do anything.
