Probably a combination of the mercury preservative which is still in the flu shot and the aluminium adjuvant used in many vaccines. Both are highly neurotoxic. The cdc knows it too. In 2000 thomas verstraeten did a large study which showed there was a statistically significant correlation with how much mercury and aluminium kids were injected with autism. And again in 2004 with the study the cdc whistleblower William Thompson. They found a link then they made it go away by violating their own study protocols and throwing out over half the kids in the study. Then they had a dustbin party where they destroyed all the data that wasn't favourable to the desired outcome. Total fraud. I can't imagine the millions of kids they have destroyed.

The reason is complicated, but boils down to the fact that the vaccines we take cause us to respond to molecules which are already present and harmless in the body, as well as disease-causing ones.
If we were born with the antibodies naturally, we would still be autistic, but it would happen over a long enough span of time to weed out the kinks, by way of diet (which is the single most effective way of managing the symptoms of autism).
