I've been wondering this myself. If you look at images of Joe from around 2010, seen here and here he looks a lot like he did during the Anita Hill fiasco.
Fast forward to around 2014 and in this pic it's still regular ol Pedo Joe. He also appears to still have the Turkey beard pointed out by u/Son_Of_Honkler.
He still had the Turkey beard in 2016.
And in 2017
And in January 2018
And in April 2018
But by November 2018 it seems to be gone.
By April 2019 there is no Turkey beard, or at least it's significantly reduced. This was noticed by The Daily Mail and they wrote and article about Joes multiple plastic surgeries.
It looks like he went full Michael Jackson and basically reconstructed much of his face to be more appealing during the Presidential run. It looks like he has has hair plugs, tooth whitening, and tucks here and there to get rid of wrinckles and the Turkey beard.
Joe seems to have developed 2 fairly prominent liver spots or moles on the left side of his face which are seen pretty clear in this 2017 pic, and this one. These marks appear to be missing from some 2020 pics like this one or this one where it seems to have moved to his ear, or this one, or this close up, or this close up, and it's nowhere to be seen in this pic from April.
Most likely the missing moles are from make-up, but there are probably body doubles running around in masks also.
In summary - Joe had terrible plastic surgery and occasionally wears make up for photo ops, but we should probably follow the missing mole anyhow just in case.
I went through hundreds of YouTube videos. He changed in August 2017.
Hillary had some major plastic surgery too in 2019. Perhaps she was considering running too?

Hillary got a similar treatment in 2019. Nothing about these people is authentic.

I have thought this for a while. It could be a double, whom knows, With the ability to change or overlay someones voice now paired with makeup and masks anything is possible!
