I don't think so, because you will be "voluntarily" handing your medical data over. We all know it's not voluntary when you need a job, need to travel, need to go to the grocery store. But their argument will be "just apply elsewhere", "Just drive yourself", "Just shop somewhere else".
Thankfully, my employer said yesterday that it will likely only be encouraged, not mandatory. My son will be opted out also due to severe allergies. Hoping I can also avoid having my daughter take it.

refusing to take it so you can continue to work remote forever would be a win/win

I would say no since workplaces can ask for a doctors note which directly says what you have on it.
